  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mashed potatoes for serving
  • Fresh asparagus for roasting

Instructions

  1. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Prepare the broth mixture by combining the onion soup mix with the beef broth in a mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the seasoned beef with the broth mixture in the crockpot.
  4. Slow Cook the beef on low for about 480 minutes, or until tender and shreddable.
  5. Shred the beef using forks or tongs, mixing it with the gravy.
  6. Serve the shredded beef over creamy mashed potatoes with roasted asparagus on the side.

Notes
