A delicious treat combining white chocolate, pistachios, and dried cranberries, made effortlessly in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 200 g white chocolate chips
  • 340 g baker’s white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup salted pistachios
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 60 ml pistachios and cranberries, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add white chocolate chips, baker’s white chocolate, salted pistachios, dried cranberries, and coconut oil to the crockpot.
  2. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 1 hour, stirring the mixture after 30 minutes.
  3. Once chocolate has fully melted, stir thoroughly to ensure all pistachios and cranberries are coated evenly.
  4. Arrange muffin cup liners on a baking sheet.
  5. Using a cookie scoop, portion the chocolate mixture into each muffin liner.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and cranberries over each cluster for garnish.
  7. Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for 1 hour, or until the clusters are firm.

Notes

  • Ensure to stir after 30 minutes for consistent melting.
  • Feel free to substitute dried cranberries with other dried fruits of your choice.
  • Store finished clusters in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
