These Easy Baked Broccoli and Cheese Balls are a delightful snack, combining a crispy exterior with a creamy, cheesy broccoli filling that kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
