  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crackers or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and cranberry sauce. Mix until well blended and smooth.
  2. Fold in the chopped pecans or walnuts, green onions, and fresh parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and smooth the top with a spatula. You can also create a decorative swirl for presentation.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
