Delightful and easy-to-make spring cookies perfect for Easter gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup Cadbury Mini Eggs (chopped or whole)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for decoration, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Mix the melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture and a few chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs on each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough from the wide end to the tip to form cookies.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
