These Eggnog Tiramisu Cups combine classic tiramisu technique with festive eggnog flavors for a rich and creamy dessert, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Dip the ladyfingers into the cooled espresso quickly and layer them in the bottom of individual cups.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggnog, mascarpone cheese, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the eggnog mixture.
  5. Layer the eggnog mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers in the cups.
  6. Repeat the layers until cups are filled.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 240 minutes.
  8. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with nutmeg.

Notes

Use chilled mascarpone and bowls for a lighter cream. Quick dips prevent soggy layers.
