  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the Jasmine rice by rinsing under cool water and boiling according to package instructions.
  2. Prepare the salmon by heating a non-stick pan and brushing with teriyaki sauce. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. Assemble the bowls with a base of rice, topped with salmon, avocado, and edamame.
  4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, and drizzle more teriyaki sauce if desired.
