Crispy fried ravioli are delightful snacks filled with cheesy goodness, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko works great here)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • Cooking spray or olive oil
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl to serve as the binding agent.
  4. Dip each ravioli in the egg wash, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the coated ravioli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
