A delicious and healthy Frozen Fruit Smoothie Bowl perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 100g frozen mixed berries
  • (optional) 1 scoop vegan protein powder
  • 150ml plant-based milk (add more as needed)
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • For the Toppings:
  • 15 fresh raspberries
  • 15 fresh blueberries
  • 20g granola
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend.
  2. Add more milk if necessary, but the more you add the runnier your smoothie will be.
  3. Scoop out your smoothie mix and top with more frozen fruit and a sprinkle of granola.
