- 1 frozen banana
- 100g frozen mixed berries
- (optional) 1 scoop vegan protein powder
- 150ml plant-based milk (add more as needed)
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- For the Toppings:
- 15 fresh raspberries
- 15 fresh blueberries
- 20g granola
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup, to drizzle
- Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend.
- Add more milk if necessary, but the more you add the runnier your smoothie will be.
- Scoop out your smoothie mix and top with more frozen fruit and a sprinkle of granola.
