Delicious fudgy cookies that combine rich dark chocolate and fresh raspberries for a perfect treat.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  3. Add in the brown sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Crack the eggs into the bowl and add the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the raspberries.
  8. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  9. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
  10. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set.
  11. Let cool slightly before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Don’t skip the chilling step for the perfect texture. You can also add extra chocolate chips for more richness.
