A vibrant and hearty skillet dish combining ground turkey and cauliflower infused with garlic butter for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt 4 tablespoons of garlic butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 1 pound of ground turkey, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
  4. Toss in the chopped cauliflower and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

For meal prep, store in airtight containers and reheat as needed. Can substitute ground turkey with chicken or plant-based proteins and cauliflower with broccoli or zucchini.
