Succulent steak bites cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce and paired with tender zucchini, perfect for a quick, flavorful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or New York strip), cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat; add the steak.
  3. Sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.
  4. Toss the butter into the same skillet; stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the zucchini and stir often for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet; toss everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top before serving.
