1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions
Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare the Radishes: In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved radishes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. If you’re using lemon zest, add it to the mix for a touch of brightness.
Toss: Use a spatula or your hands to toss the radishes thoroughly so that they are well coated in the oil and herb mixture.
Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the radishes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast the radishes for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are tender and golden brown, with a crispy edge.
Garnish and Serve: Once out of the oven, sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the roasted radishes for added flavor and color. Serve warm as a delightful side dish or a unique addition to salads.
