3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Prepare the bread: Cut the sourdough loaf in a crisscross pattern, creating cubes without cutting all the way through.
Make the garlic herb butter: Mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Stuff the bread: Spread the garlic herb butter between the cuts, then fill with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
