  • 1½ tsp salt

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs or oregano
  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Activate yeast with sugar and warm water; let it foam.
  2. Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil until dough forms.
  3. Knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.
