Ingredients
Scale
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuit dough
8 mozzarella cheese cubes (about 1-inch each)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella in the center.
Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinching the edges to seal completely.
Place the sealed biscuit bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffy.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For a spicy kick, include red pepper flakes.
These biscuits are best served warm and fresh out of the oven.
