- 1 1/2 cups (180g) all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons (8g) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1g) salt
- 1 1/3 cups (397g) sweetened condensed milk (for frosting)
- 1/3 cup (80g) freshly squeezed lime juice (for frosting)
- 1 tablespoon (12g) lime flavored gelatin powder (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons (30g) hot water (for frosting)
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8-inch (20cm) square pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk eggs in a large bowl until slightly frothy.
- Add milk, vegetable oil, lime juice, lime zest, and lime gelatin powder; whisk to combine.
