Delicious grilled chicken bites coated in a creamy garlic sauce, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for the sauce)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (for the sauce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for the sauce)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (for the sauce)
  • ½ teaspoon salt (for the sauce)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (for the sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (for the sauce)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the chicken bites for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return the grilled chicken bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy garlic sauce.
  8. Serve hot with fresh herbs or a side of vegetables.

Notes

  • Marinating the chicken for longer will enhance the flavor.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preference.
  • For a lighter version, consider using half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
