A delicious and easy recipe for ham and cheese croissants, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 croissants, split lengthwise
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Set oven temperature to 175°C and allow to fully preheat.
  2. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over the cut sides of each croissant.
  3. Place one slice of Swiss cheese on the bottom half of each croissant. Layer three slices of deli ham on top of the cheese, then add another slice of Swiss cheese. Cover with the top half of each croissant.
  4. Arrange assembled croissants on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the croissants are lightly toasted.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can include some herbs or spices in the mustard.
  • These croissants can be customized with other ingredients like turkey or different types of cheese.
