  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut or almond)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, ground flaxseed, and sea salt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Gently stir in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
  7. Let cool before enjoying.
