Delicious and versatile homemade crepes that can be filled with an array of sweet or savory toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and salt into a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the eggs and gradually pour in the milk while whisking.
  3. Incorporate the melted butter until fully combined and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium and lightly grease it with butter.
  5. Create the crepes by pouring about ½ cup of batter into the skillet and swirling to spread evenly.
  6. Cook until the edges lift, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat until all batter is used.

Notes

Make ahead by preparing the batter the day before. Store in the refrigerator. Crepes can be frozen for up to two months.
