Indulge in the rich and decadent Hot Fudge Brownie Bread that combines the fudgy goodness of brownies with a luscious hot fudge swirl.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup hot fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
  3. Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir gently until the batter comes together. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the hot fudge sauce with heavy cream until smooth and pourable.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle half of the hot fudge mixture over the batter and swirl with a knife.
  6. Add the remaining brownie batter on top, drizzle the rest of the fudge sauce over it, and swirl again for a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Slice while warm and enjoy with ice cream or a sprinkle of powdered sugar.

Notes

  • Warm the hot fudge sauce slightly if it is too thick to swirl.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
  • For extra indulgence, serve with whipped cream or nuts.
