Ingredients
Scale
12 soft rolls, halved lengthwise
170 grams ham, thinly sliced
140 grams salami, thinly sliced
140 grams pepperoni, thinly sliced
9 slices provolone cheese
55 grams sliced pepperoncini
55 grams sliced pickled hot cherry peppers
60 millilitres salted butter, melted
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 cloves garlic, crushed
240 millilitres marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
Set the oven to 175°C.
Arrange the bottom halves of the rolls on a baking pan. Layer ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls, then scatter sliced hot cherry peppers and pepperoncini on top.
Place the top halves of the rolls to cover the fillings and align evenly.
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted salted butter, Italian seasoning, and crushed garlic until well mixed.
Brush the seasoned butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls, making sure all areas are coated. Cover the sliders with aluminium foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm. Offer marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the types of deli meats and cheeses based on your preference.
For an extra kick, add more pickled vegetables or spicy meats.
