Delightful bite-sized tacos combining the flavors of a juicy smash burger with a crispy taco shell.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 for maximum juiciness)
  • 8 small taco shells (corn or flour)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: Fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced onions

Instructions

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare small patties from the ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Smash the patties on the skillet to create a crispy crust, cooking for about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Melt cheese on the patties by flipping them and cooking for one more minute.
  5. Warm taco shells in another pan or microwave.
