A rich and satisfying bake that combines tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a creamy Alfredo sauce, perfect for a comforting meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for greasing the baking dish)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the broccoli by blanching fresh florets for 2-3 minutes, or drain frozen broccoli.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken, broccoli, heavy cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Grease your baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
  6. Add extra mozzarella on top for a cheesy crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
