  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, stir together the cubed chicken, Greek yogurt, garam masala, ground cumin, turmeric, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and ginger: Toss in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute.
