Delicious low-carb naan bread made with almond flour and mozzarella, perfect for dipping or as a wrap.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp butter (for brushing)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Optional spices: garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Melt the shredded mozzarella cheese and Greek yogurt in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Mix in the almond flour, baking powder, and beaten egg until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on parchment paper for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  4. Shape the dough into 4–6 portions and flatten into naan shapes.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Brush melted garlic butter over naan and bake for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with dips or as a wrap.

Notes

This naan can be made ahead and refrigerated. Customize with your favorite herbs and spices.
