A refreshing cocktail that combines gin with floral lavender for a delightful twist.

Ingredients

  • 45 ml gin
  • 15 ml maraschino liqueur
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 10 ml lavender syrup
  • Ice
  • Optional garnish: candied lavender or lemon twist

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add gin, maraschino liqueur, lemon juice, and lavender syrup.
  3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist or candied lavender if desired.

Notes

  • To make lavender syrup: simmer equal parts sugar and water with dried lavender flowers until the sugar dissolves, then strain.
  • Adjust lavender syrup quantity to taste for a more or less floral flavor.
  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute gin and maraschino with lavender lemonade or floral tonic water.
