640 grams frozen beef and cheese taquitos
284 grams enchilada sauce
113 grams mild diced green chilis
227 grams Colby Jack cheese, shredded
15 millilitres fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly coat a 23×33 cm glass baking dish with non-stick spray.
Arrange frozen beef and cheese taquitos in a single layer within the prepared baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the taquitos, followed by sprinkling with diced green chilis.
Scatter shredded Colby Jack cheese over the entire surface and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove dish from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Feel free to add additional toppings such as olives or sour cream.
