  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Toss in the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add in the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink, about 3 to 4 minutes.
