- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, mix all wet ingredients until smooth and well combined.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until a soft, slightly tacky dough forms.
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions, roll into balls, and shape into bagels.
- Arrange bagels on the baking sheet, cover, and let rest for 15 minutes.
- In a pot, bring water and honey to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Boil bagels for 30 seconds on each side, then remove and return to the baking sheet.

- Cool the bagels on a wire rack.
