A zesty and creamy twist on the classic tiramisu, this Lemon Tiramisu combines the tang of lemon with the smoothness of mascarpone and whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack ladyfingers (7 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in lemon juice, then layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy your zesty dessert!

Notes

  • For a stronger lemon flavor, you can add lemon zest to the mascarpone mixture.
  • This dessert can be made a day in advance for better flavor development.
