Satisfy your cravings with these Loaded Beef Gravy Fries, featuring crispy fries topped with tender beef, rich gravy, and creamy cheese sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Frozen or fresh fries (your choice!)
  • Rich brown gravy
  • Creamy cheese sauce

Instructions

  1. Sear the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear the meat until it’s browned on all sides.
  2. Slow Cook the Beef: Transfer the seared beef to your slow cooker. Cover it with water or beef broth. Cook on low for 480 minutes or high for 240 minutes until tender.
  3. Shred the Beef: Once the beef is fall-apart tender, use two forks to shred it.
  4. Prepare the Fries: Cook fries according to package instructions or make your own from scratch.
  5. Heat the Gravy: In a saucepan, warm the brown gravy until hot.
  6. Assemble: Layer fries on a plate, pile on shredded beef, drizzle with warm gravy, and top with creamy cheese sauce.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Dig in while it’s hot!

Notes
