A delightful recipe combining savory stuffed peppers, melty cheese, and warm brioche, perfect for quick meals or cozy gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 brioche rolls
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Optional toppings: salsa, sour cream, green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each bell pepper with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers upright in a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Slice the brioche rolls in half, brush with olive oil, and toast until golden on a griddle.
  7. Once the peppers are cooked, place them on the toasted brioche, add optional toppings, and serve immediately.
