- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and brush the maple mixture over them.
