Delightful strawberries dipped in silky matcha white chocolate, perfect for parties or treating yourself!

  • 12 large fresh strawberries
  • 10 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped or white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or neutral oil
  • 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons matcha powder, sifted
  • 2 ounces white chocolate, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and pat them dry.
  2. Combine white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring often.
  3. Stir in the sifted matcha powder until well combined.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the melted matcha white chocolate.
  5. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Melt the additional 2 ounces of white chocolate for drizzling.
  7. Drizzle over the dipped strawberries using a fork or piping bag.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve chilled as a delightful treat.
