  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the mini meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of each meatloaf for the glaze.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaves are cooked through.
  6. Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
