1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup (for glaze)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, 1/4 cup ketchup, onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small loaf. Place the mini meatloaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top of each meatloaf for the glaze.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaves are cooked through.
Let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
