- 20 regular Oreo cookies (half of a 439 g package)
- 680 g white chocolate morsels
- 0.25–0.5 teaspoons mint extract, to taste
- Green food coloring, as needed
- Break Oreo cookies into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate morsels using a double boiler or microwave, following the package instructions until smooth.
- Quickly stir the mint extract and desired amount of green food coloring into the melted chocolate.
- Fold in the broken Oreo pieces until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into a wax paper-lined baking pan and spread evenly.
- Transfer to the freezer and chill for two hours.
- Remove from the freezer, break into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
