A delicious and easy-to-make Mixed Berry Crumble that combines fresh or frozen berries with a crunchy crumble topping.

Ingredients

  • 5 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the mixed berries, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the berry mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Mix together the flour, oats, cinnamon, and cubed butter in another bowl until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm, preferably with vanilla ice cream.
