Delightful M&M Bunny Cookies with colorful pastel hues, perfect for Easter celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup M&M’s (preferably pastel colors for Easter)
  • Sprinkles (optional for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the M&M’s and any extra sprinkles.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool on the baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
  9. Decorate with extra M&M’s or sprinkles if desired.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
