1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Combine peanut butter mixture: In a separate bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Fold together: Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until everything is combined.
Assemble: Pour the peanut butter mousse over the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
Make the ganache: Heat 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a small saucepan until simmering; stir in the chocolate chips until smooth.
Final touch: Pour the chocolate ganache over the mousse layer and spread evenly.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best texture and flavor, and consider toppings like crushed graham crackers or chopped chocolate.
