Quick and delicious no bake cookies made with chocolate, peanut butter, and oats.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa powder. Stir continuously and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it starts boiling, let it cook for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the quick oats and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together until the oats are fully coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Let the cookies cool at room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour, or until they harden.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
