Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 orange
  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your workspace by clearing your counter and gathering all the ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, orange zest, and fresh orange juice. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until fully incorporated into the mixture.
  4. Use your hands or a small scoop to form small balls (about one inch in diameter) and roll them gently for a smooth finish.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until completely smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate using a fork; allow excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Place coated truffles on parchment paper and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs or orange zest while still wet.
  8. Refrigerate truffles for at least 30 minutes until firm before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
  • You can substitute dark chocolate for the white chocolate if preferred.
  • Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week.
