Delicious no-bake dessert balls filled with creamy peanut butter and coated in white chocolate, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 oz dark chocolate, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Form the balls: Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll them into small, even-sized balls, about one inch in diameter. Place each on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Chill the balls: Pop the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, allowing the balls to firm up nicely.
  4. Prepare the coating: While the balls chill, melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  5. Coat the balls: Dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing the excess to drip off before placing it back on the parchment paper.
  6. Drizzle with dark chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate and use it to drizzle over the white chocolate-coated balls for that perfect finishing touch.
  7. Set and serve: Allow the chocolate to set before indulging. These divine treats are now ready to be savored!

Notes

Make these treats a day in advance and store in an airtight container. Allow cream cheese to soften to room temperature for easy blending.
