- 6 tablespoons of Vegan Nutella
- 2 medium-sized bananas
- 3 tablespoons of dairy-free milk (for egg wash)
- 2 tablespoons of caster/granulated sugar
- 1 packet of dairy-free white chocolate buttons
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into rectangles (4×6 inches).
- Spread 1 tablespoon of Vegan Nutella on half of each rectangle and layer thin banana slices on top.
- Fold over the pastry to create pockets and seal edges with a fork.
- Cut strips from leftover pastry for mummy bandages, placing them on top.
- Brush tops with dairy-free milk then bake on parchment-lined baking sheet for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle melted dairy-free white chocolate over the cooled pies to create mummy eyes.
