A rich and creamy pasta dish with garlic butter and Cajun sausage, all cooked in one pot for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz macaroni pasta
  • 1 lb Cajun sausage, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and Cajun sausage; cook until browned.
  3. Mix in the macaroni, chicken broth, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes
