Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Broccoli, chopped
  • Peanut butter
  • Soy sauce
  • Honey or sugar
  • Sriracha or chili sauce
  • Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine ground meat, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Place a small amount of the filling mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold the wrapper to seal it tightly.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a prepared baking sheet, ensuring they aren’t touching. Bake for 15-20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.
  5. Combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice in a saucepan. Heat gently until smooth and creamy.
  6. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast alongside the dumplings during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Serve your dumplings drizzled with the peanut sauce, accompanied by the roasted broccoli.

Notes

To avoid overfilling, use a teaspoon of filling for each dumpling. Ensure wrappers remain covered to prevent drying out.
