A delicious and nutritious breakfast option that combines rolled oats with fresh berries, perfect for a quick and healthy morning boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the almond milk and stir until everything is well mixed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a jar or container with a lid. Add the mixed berries on top.
  4. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften.
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy! Add more berries, nuts, or seeds if desired.
