  • 23 ripe peaches
  • 4 oz goat cheese
  • 23 tablespoons honey
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  3. Toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Slice the ripe peaches.
  5. Spread a layer of goat cheese on each toasted baguette slice.
  6. Top with peach slices, a drizzle of honey, and a sprig of fresh basil.
  7. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over the top.
