Delicious and fudgy peanut butter balls made with simple ingredients.

  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¾ cup coconut flour

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and coconut flour; mix well. Add water, a few drops at a time, if the mixture is too thick.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands or a cookie scoop.
  4. Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
